Berlin is one of the most important technology hubs in Europe. No wonder that we have visited the capital city of Germany on a number of occasions, such as WeAre Developers, Beam Summit, and recently ApacheCon. For our last journey this year, we are going to Disrupt Berlin. How could we miss great networking and listening to experienced entrepreneurs and investors sharing their knowledge?

Andrei is a Partner at Accel Partners, a venture capital and private equity investment company from Palo Alto, CA. His background in finance and mathematics, make Andrei a great investor in technology sectors, such as FinTech, software, and cloud. Andrei helps emerging and growing companies excel and develop further. Now, he is a Board Member of Rasa, Humio, Monzo Bank, and more.
Nic is the Managing Partner at Forward Partners, a company devoted to increasing the tempo of development of idea- and seed-stage startups with a hands-on approach. Nic is an accomplished investor with 20 years of experience, gathered in London and Silicon Valley. From the 40 investments, the most notable are the exits from Buy.At and Zeus Technology, with a combined acquisition value of \\\\$265 million.
Efe’s impressive entrepreneurial journey began at Goldman Sachs—working in New York and London—where he worked on IPOs and mergers in technology sectors. Efe has two patents for web application monetization, which was one of his responsibilities at SAP. He translated the experience into his own venture and founded MUBI. The on-line film service platform has been on the market for over 12 years with Efe as the CEO.
Emily has over 20 years of experience in growing businesses in technology sectors. She specializes in strategic planning, team building, and change management. She applied her knowledge and skills to transform Luminance into a company it is today. For almost four years now, Emily has been the Chief Executive Officer at Lumininance, an artificial intelligence platform dedicated to law firms, offering its services in 170 countries across the globe.
Jessica is the Co-Founder and Chief Commercial Officer of Penta. The Berlin-based company aims to help company founders and small business owners with their banking needs, simplifying processes and financial tasks. She specializes in supervising customer relationship management projects.
For the last four years, Clare has been the Chief Commercial Officer at what3words, an innovative way to find any place in the world. The idea behind what3words is to unify the addressing systems and assign three words to each 3 x 3 meter square of the globe. Clare has experience in growing social enterprises and was listed in Forbes 30 under 30 for technology in 2019.
A true testament to Christian’s entrepreneurial skills was the founding of the to-do app called Wunderlist, which was acquired by Microsoft. Last year Christian founded Pitch—collaborative presentation tool. He also acts as the Chief Executive Officer. His passion lies in UX and UI design, which is apparent just by visiting the Pitch main page. Christian was listed in Forbes 30 under 30 two times.
Eran is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer at Nexar Inc., a company devoted to making every car smart and creating a safe driving network spanning the whole globe. Eran has a vast investor and entrepreneurial experience, with particular focus and expertise in the Internet of Things, Big Data, cryptocurrencies, and more.
Before becoming an investor and entrepreneur, Jag was a political strategist, managing campaigns in the US and Europe. With investments in 80 early-stage startups and founding several companies, Jag is a very active angel investor. For the last two years, he has been holding the position of the Managing Director at Techstars.
Julian is the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Tourlane, a trip booking service dedicated to groups. Co-founding such a company is not a mere coincidence. Accoleo, a booking startup founded by Julian, was acquired by Airbnb after a year from conception. After the acquisition, Julian played a crucial role in the marketing department at Airbnb for almost four years.
